COMPLETE ACCOUNTING & FINANCIAL REPORTING
We provide complete financial services for all clients. Our office collects rents and condo fees every month. The team is dedicated to keeping all properties current with any debt incurred by owners and tenants. Our service includes paying all bills for your property, such as utilities, repairs and maintenance and any other expenses. We will evaluate your existing insurance policies and find the best possible coverage. Constant supervision of all related bank accounts will make certain that owners are not burdened by any unforeseen financial obligations. Monitoring expenses and controlling costs is key to building profitability. Quarterly and yearly reports keep owners informed at all times.
CONDOMINIUM MANAGEMENT
At Home Real Estate Group manages small condominium properties of 2-20 units. We will meet with unit owners to gain knowledge about the operation of the association and take it from there. Our services include the collecting of condo fees, keeping the associated books and bank accounts, coordinating homeowner group decisions, getting quotes on various repairs, maintenance and capital projects. We provide 6-D certificates, budgets and complete condo questionnaires for unit sales and assist in obtaining insurance binders and other documents necessary for transfers.
RENTAL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
At Home Real Estate Group manages small Rental properties of 1-20 units. For rental properties, At Home Real Estate Group, helps ensure satisfied tenants. This is our top priority since it secures a steady flow of income to support your operating expenses. The tenant will become our responsibility in order to lighten your workload and headaches. We meet with your tenants and negotiate lease agreements on your behalf. We are skilled in the art of negotiation and will work to secure the maximum rent while being committed to securing the highest quality tenant. We arrange for all repairs and maintenance to the property and deal with all tenant issues on a day to day basis.
MAINTENANCE
Our team will evaluate your property and make recommendations as to how to strengthen its value, meets local building codes and provide a safe environment for residents. We will monitor the ongoing maintenance of the property as well as the mechanical systems and any security issues. We work with owners on any major improvements such as a new roof, electrical or plumbing upgrades, landscaping, painting, structural work and so forth.
